I’m sorry for what I’m about to do. I’m about to make sure that everyone living in moody/grey/cold Europe right now starts to wish it was summer.
Seychelles is up there as one of my favourite places on earth. Why? Everything about it – the colours, the textures, the weather, the scenery…. ahhhhhh take me back!

Right now, we’re all pretty sick of winter. Even though it’s been a mild one, I’m still severely lacking in vitamin D. Are you? So here is my post on the Hilton Northolme Resort Mahe on the main island of Mahe in Seychelles.

This is one of the reasons why I loved Hilton Northolme so much. They have this gorgeous little bay at the foot of the resort where you can hire snorkelling or kayak equipment free of charge and just spend the day in the water.
Seychelles is a small country & archipelago consisting of 115 scattered islands in the Indian Ocean. It’s found to the right of Somalia for those playing at home.
In my life, I don’t believe I’ve ever loved a place as much as I loved this. If you get a chance to make it over one day, I recommend the Hilton Northolme Resort Mahe as a holiday destination because the people are so kind and friendly and the scenery is absolutely spectacular.

This is one post of four in total. The other posts are about our diving trip and the other two popular islands of La Digue and Praslin. Want to read them? Click below:

Welcome to paradise!
If you have any questions/need ideas about a holiday here, please get in touch. I simply cannot recommend the Hilton Northolme Resort Mahe enough. What a place of grand beauty. (And for the record, this trip was unsponsored. We used our Hilton points to pay for our stay here.)

Enjoy the pictures – maybe they will transplant a bit of vitamin D through the screen. Let me know if you miraculously receive some.
